Anno 1404 Venedig Spielerprofil fehler

Moin,

da es etwas schwer ist den Fehler genau zu beschreiben habe ich ein kleines Video gemacht.
Ich komme nicht in das Multiplayer Spiel rein. wenn ich ein neues Online Profil anlege, geht es bis zum nächsten Neustart.
Das Spiel habe ich bereits im Kompatibilitätsmodus Vista laufen.
