Skyline Tower für andere Bevölkerungsschichten?

Ich frag einfach mal ins Blaue: Gibt es Mods oder Möglichkeiten, anstelle von Investoren auch andere Bevölkerungsgruppen in einen Tower einziehen zu lassen? Ich fänds cool, so eine Art Arkologie bzw Makropole.
