Modifikations Manager VOLLKOMMEN abschalten

Ich habe den Manager Installiert und jetzt kann man kein Multiplayerspiel mehr starten :nope: Wie bekommen ich ihn vollständig abgeschalten??? :keineahnung:
Deinstalliert habe ich ihn schon mehrmals !!

Freue mich auf Antworten.
